Deputy Manager Cover Letter Example

The Deputy Manager is the person who is assisting the General Manager and deputize for him/her when required. Main duties includes collaborating with the Supervisor in planning and implementing office initiatives and projects and maintaining office procedures and documents.

As Deputy Manager you need to be a reliable person, trustworthy and flexible. Time management and organizational skills are an asset as you need to work in fast-paced environments and where everything is “urgent!”. Basic accounting knowledge could be required, as well being proficient with Office Suites and browsers.

I am the person the Manager can rely on when is not in the office; I possess proven and recognized organizational skills, as highlighted in my CV. My main aim is to improve the daily life of the office and of the Manager him/herself and I perform this being practical in scheduling meetings and appointments in the most efficient way. Office procedures have always been administered in order to create an effective and well-running workplace.
