A Team Leader could work in many different sectors and areas of a business but usually in a well defined operation such as a Call Centre, A Team Leader of a Warehouse or similar environment.
To be a team leader you will need to have experience in the area that you are working and have progressed up to team leader stage. You will need to be able to provide guidance and show others how to do a particular job and to teach them what you know and how they should operate and learn.
You will need to be a confident communicator to do this kind of role. You will be able to deal with pressure and be able to channel your work and work to deadlines and timescales as agreed.

Managing the hours and positions of my team
Ensuring that we as a team get through the work and more ensuring that we meet and exceed our targets.
