If you have seen a HR Coordinator role that you are interested in applying for then you may be coming from a HR Administrator role where you have done some previous HR work and are looking to continue your career in this area.

You may have studied HR at university or college or you may be working towards your CIPD qualification. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work objectively and support both a company and the staff.
