In my role as Compliance Officer, I visit clients and provide advice on how to ensure they are following industry standards safely and efficiently. My responsibilities include:
Arranging appointments to see clients to provide advice
Impromptu meetings where companies are in difficulties of not meeting exact standards
Creating action plans for clients to work to and ensuring this is followed through
Keeping accurate and detailed logs on each client with reminders for follow ups
Researching and planning client visits especially first visits to new clients
Making up new client folders with all the relevant information
Keeping up to date with new industry standards and ensuring this information is passed onto the clients most relevant.
QUALIFICATIONS
University, College, School – For all include titles/subjects and qualifications.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Computer skills – MS Office, Excel??? Anything relevant, industry-specific packages? Any relevant training related to Compliance specifically or industry-specific training?
