In my role as Compliance Officer, I visit clients and provide advice on how to ensure they are following industry standards safely and efficiently. My responsibilities include:

  • Arranging appointments to see clients to provide advice
  • Impromptu meetings where companies are in difficulties of not meeting exact standards
  • Creating action plans for clients to work to and ensuring this is followed through
  • Keeping accurate and detailed logs on each client with reminders for follow ups
  • Researching and planning client visits especially first visits to new clients
  • Making up new client folders with all the relevant information
  • Keeping up to date with new industry standards and ensuring this information is passed onto the clients most relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

University, College, School – For all include titles/subjects and qualifications.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Computer skills – MS Office, Excel??? Anything relevant, industry-specific packages?
Any relevant training related to Compliance specifically or industry-specific training?
