In my role as Bank Staff, I deal with customers face to face and over the telephone and deal with their enquiries. My responsibilities include:
Telephone support
Face to face meetings with customers to provide them with advice and support about how they need to speak to, making appointments with the right people
Following up with customers, new and existing following meetings or interest in banking products
Sending information out and following up
Assisting colleagues and Managers
General administration and organisation of the different banking areas, putting out information in the branch etc.
