Bank Staff CV Example

PERSONAL PROFILE

I am an organised person with a keen interest in the Banking sector. I have always been interested in working with numbers, facts and products and feel that my organised mindset enables me to learn as much as I can so that I am able to present my facts and findings accurately.

I have excellent communication skills. I have a previous background in customer services and have done this over the telephone and on a face to face basis and I am happy to communicate with all levels on Management, customers etc.

I have good IT skills and am willing to learn anything that I need to in my own time. I am a positive and energetic individual that is focused and eager to further grow and develop my career in the world of banking.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Date to Date or To Date – Bank Staff – Where?

In my role as Bank Staff, I deal with customers face to face and over the telephone and deal with their enquiries. My responsibilities include:

Telephone support
Face to face meetings with customers to provide them with advice and support about how they need to speak to, making appointments with the right people
Following up with customers, new and existing following meetings or interest in banking products
Sending information out and following up
Assisting colleagues and Managers
General administration and organisation of the different banking areas, putting out information in the branch etc.

University, College, School – For all include titles/subjects and qualifications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Computer skills – MS Office, Excel??? Any banking systems that you are familiar with?
Any training courses that could be relevant to the role that you are applying for? Time management?

What do you like to do outside of work?
