As an Assistant Manager you will manage team of people and you will be the first point of contact in case of any issue. For this reason, great leadership skills and sense of responsibility are an asset for this position.
Main tasks will include: supervise team members, ensure that they are meeting department/company targets, administering team’s daily life (schedule changes, unexpected absences,..) and you need to be always ready to pick up the situation quickly and efficiently.
As key person for the team you need to have excellent people management skills and to be able to recognize any upcoming issue; i.e. training and recruiting staff.
