Job Purpose of this position is to support the entire Sales Department: Head of Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators. You will be responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders (order processing, order entry, customer database and record maintenance) and you will be part of the Sales team helping to improve the productivity of the Sales Department.
Customer support will be one of your key tasks as well: you will handle incoming calls and emails from clients and you will then help them solving their issues.
Essential skills are effective communication, proactivity and flexibility. While working with customers you need to be very professional and patient; when processing orders you need to be focused, precise and detail-oriented.
