Primark Store Manager Roles
Primark depends on the efforts of its store management teams to keep each store running profitably. The retailer is currently recruiting managers across a variety of locations and at varying levels.
Primark managers are given responsibility at an early stage in their careers. It gives the employee the chance to show they can meet the challenges ahead of them. From Management Trainee to Store Manager, each position is backed by a full training programme and the support of regional managers and supervisors. The new manager will be given an induction into each area of the business including stock room training, sales floor training and HR training. Formal training is also provided, covering management skills, health and safety and leadership.
Training provided by Primark for all managers is generally considered to be more comprehensive than training provided by some rival retailers. Working as a manager with Primark, therefore, gives the candidate a great wealth of great experience, which can prove useful for both internal and external career progression.

- Have 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or 2 years experience in fashion retail
- You must have good commercial awareness
