As a Primary School Teacher I am a very calm and positive person who thoroughly enjoys working with young children with an aim to set them on the right path for their future education.

In my role as a Project Manager, I work on various projects with differing timescales and sizes. My day to day responsibilities include:
Meeting and talking to clients to find out what the client or company wants to achieve in their project
agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed to do this on time and within their budget
drawing up a detailed project plan and schedule how to achieve each stage of the project and when
selecting the right people and leading a project team
negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services that are needed
making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards that we adhere to on all projects
reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers in person and in writing as required
managing risk to avoid delays to the project at all costs.
