I am a professional Senior Manager with a wealth of experience in Human Resources. I have excellent management experience and feel that I am good at managing people as well as situations.
I remain calm under pressure and work well to a busy schedule. I am self motivated and enthusiastic and I like to ensure that I complete my work on time and efficiently and ensure that my team work to the right standards, following the correct procedures.
I like to work with people and help them overcome any issues they are having in their own careers through personal development.
I feel as though I have got to the Director stage now in my career where I can make effective HR director decisions and help a larger and wider audience.
Date to Date or To Date – HR Director – Where?
In my role as HR Director, I provide direction and make very important decisions and changes to the way we work in HR. My responsibilities include:
- Regular meetings with my Managers
- Overseeing the policies and procedures and general documentation for the business
- Assessing KPI’s and looking at the results for Managers
- Going over the budget and making any changes
- Board and Senior management meetings
- Acting as a manager for any appeal situations as required
- Developing my own HR team
