If you are working in Social Media and seeking a new role as a Social Media Officer or looking for a promotion to an Officer level role then you will already have some previous work experience and history in the social media area.
You could have come from a Marketing, PR or Journalism type background and developed a strong level of experience in social media. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and to keep up with the changes that occur in social media including the rules and regulations.
