Application for the role of Game Tester
I have recently seen your advert for the role of Game Tester with your company which was advertised in (which publication and when) and I would be very interested to apply for this role.
I have worked as a software engineer for many years now and slowly my role has moved into software testing. I have always been interested in games and have written a couple of small games for myself so
I went on to do further learning and training to ensure that I understand the gaming world.
I enjoy working in IT, it is a career I wished to pursue from being a small child and one that I enjoy because you have to keep up with the times and it requires constant learning.
I am a very patient person who works in a methodical and logical manner. I take my time over programs and testing and like to make sure that I have thought of every possible option.
Please find enclosed my CV which shows my experiences to date. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV and I look forward to hearing from you.
