Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Media Planner

I would like to submit my CV for the role of Media Planner that you have advertised (where) and (when).

I have always been interested in Marketing and Advertising and I continued with this at University and graduated in (what year, if true, if not any relevant courses?)

I understand the role of a Media Planner and feel that I have some good contacts from my year out where I worked at (where, doing what?). I enjoy liaising with the Media and looking and analysing where the best place is to advertise and who to target to make an advert successful.

I am a confident communicator who has experience of working with all different levels of people and management. I have excellent presentation skills from my university days and feel that I would be capable of building relationships with the media and developing these.

I am an outgoing person who enjoys the buzz of advertising and marketing and feel that my personality matches this.

Please find enclosed my up to date CV which details my experiences. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV and I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely
