Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Insurance Risk Surveyor

I would like to apply for the role of Insurance Risk Surveyor which I have seen advertised in (where and when).

I am a degree educated individual (in what degree and from when) and have been working in the insurance industry for (how long, provide what other details you can hear about your insurance history).

I feel that I understand the role of an Insurance Risk Surveyor well after spending time in the insurance industry and feel that I am ready for a change of role and following my qualifications and understanding of health and safety I feel that I could make this transition well.

I am a confident communicator and spent most of my time talking to clients/customers and liaising with other insurance related people. I pay great attention to detail in my work and have excellent observational skills. I work in a methodical and organised manner and like to ensure that I do my work efficiently but effectively with no room for error.

I am able to write reports in a non-technical manner so that they can be understood clearly by both client and the office and I can explain technical terms well to people with less understanding.
I have enclosed my CV with this letter which shows my previous experiences. Should you be interested in my skills please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV and I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely

Good luck.
