Gym Receptionist Cover Letter Example

If you have seen a role as a Gym Receptionist that you want to apply for then you will need to be an experienced receptionist and ideally with some knowledge or experience of working in a Gym.

In this role, you will be dealing with people coming to the gym for fitness and health sessions. Application for the role of Gym Receptionist

I would like to apply for the role of Gym Receptionist which I have seen advertised in (which publication and when).

I am an experienced receptionist with over two year’s experience of dealing with a busy switchboard. I have dealt with calls from customers and also deal with customers coming into the company and ensuring their details are checked and they are signed in and out accordingly.

I am a very efficient person who also likes to keep fit and healthy and has visited a gym for many years now. I have a good understanding of sessions and classes that are run at a gym and how equipment should and can be used. I feel that I could provide good support and be able to answer customer’s queries.

I am a good multi tasker and quite happy to do a varied role from helping run the cafe to tidying the changing rooms and admin, reception. I enjoy being busy and feel that my background would be well suited to the role you are looking for.
