Application for the post of Supply Teacher

I noticed the above advertised post and would like to express my interest in the position.

I am a fully qualified teacher but currently prefer to act as a supply teacher due to other commitments. You will see from my CV that I have significant experience of teaching English to students at secondary school stage and supporting them to pass their exams. I have a real passion for educating young people and feel that this shines through in the way I teach. I have always enjoyed positive relationships with my students and make them feel that they can approach me with any difficulties they have.

I have an organised approach and spend a great deal of time planning and preparing lessons that are creative but still fit in with the requirements of the syllabus. I have experience of attending Parent Teacher evenings to report the progress of pupils and have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

I am available to attend for interview at any time and would like to thank you for taking the time to consider my application.
