If you are thinking about applying for the role of Community Transport Driver then you will be operating like a taxi except you will be working for a hospital, social services, schools etc. You will operate a similar service to a Taxi where you provide door to door drop offs but usually in this role it is to the elderly or transporting people to and from hospital appointments or children to and from school. You will usually be driving a van or a mini bus in this role but this will depend on how many people you are transporting at any one time.
