I am an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys problem solving and looking at ways of changing how a business works to make improvements and supporting this process.

I am self motivated and enthusiastic in my work and I like to work on projects. I feel that I am good at assessing problems and risks associated with any changes that need to be made and devising a strategy should any problems arise.

I am a good team player but also like to work on my own initiative. I am successful in my work and pay great attention to detail. I do not like to leave any projects undone. I feel that I am able to lead a project well and feel that I can also motivate people in my team. I can prioritize my tasks well and ensure that they are completed within time and in budget.

In my role of Business Analyst, I help to make decisions on changes that are required in a business and to support this process. My responsibilities include:

  • Plan with managers the development strategy and find out what the business requirements are
  • Analysis of data
  • Liaise with colleagues on the project
  • Meetings with Managers to assess the impact and risk of the proposed changes
  • Oversee any testing required and double check the recommendations.
