Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Tax Adviser

I would like to apply for the role of Tax Adviser which I have recently seen advertised in (where) and (when).

I am a qualified Tax Adviser have completed my ATT qualifications in (when and provide more detail) and am a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

I have always been interested in mathematical problems and being able to figure sums out in a logical manner so I was keen to pursue a career that I was also interested in. I am also very keen on working within the business and feel that this is a good combination.

I have got excellent communication skills and pay great attention to detail. I always ensure that I am accurate in my work and feel that it is especially important within the Tax industry as a mistake could be very costly to a client.

I have enclosed my CV for your consideration along with details of my membership to CIOT. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.

Yours sincerely

Good luck.
