If you are looking for a post of School Nurse then you will already be qualified as a nurse and have 2 years previous experience. You will have to want to work with children and be able to relate to them and communicate with them so that you can gain their trust when they are feeling their worst.
You would also need to work closely with parents, teachers and other health workers so communication is a key factor in terms of experience. You would need to be non judgemental and patient and be open to learning about new medical factors in order to help the school and everyone concerned.
