Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Restaurant Manager

I would like to apply for the role of Restaurant Manager that I have seen advertised in (where) and (when).

I have worked in a restaurant setting for (how long) and enjoy the buzz and the challenge of this environment. I have been involved in organising menus and deciding where to order food from and liaising with local suppliers.

I have for many years had responsibility for supervising staff and feel that I have good management qualities and that people think they can come to me with any issues that they may have.

I have a good knowledge of the food and drink industry and want to continue my career in this industry. I am an organised person who likes to work in a busy environment. I enjoy working in a busy shift and get a satisfaction from everything going well and free from problems.

I have had some experience of interviewing and deciding what staff to take on at particularly busy periods such as Christmas and have had experience of managing the budgets.

I have enclosed my CV which details my previous skills. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.

Yours sincerely

Good luck with writing your application letter and CV.
