In my role as Recruitment Administrator, I deal with all the CV’s coming into the branch and deal with general queries etc. My responsibilities include:

  • Placing adverts
  • Going through CV’s
  • Dealing with candidate and client queries
  • Formatting CV’s and making them presentable
  • Taking up references
  • Keeping personnel records up to date
  • Collating timesheets from temporary staff
  • Ordering new stationery and things for the office
  • Arranging for P45’s to be sent out and P60’s every year.
  • Dealing with holiday and sickness for the temporary members of staff
  • Helping with interviewing.

QUALIFICATIONS

University, College, School – For all include titles/subjects and qualifications.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Computer skills – MS Office, Excel??? Anything relevant, industry specific packages?
