In my role as Recruitment Administrator, I deal with all the CV’s coming into the branch and deal with general queries etc. My responsibilities include:
- Placing adverts
- Going through CV’s
- Dealing with candidate and client queries
- Formatting CV’s and making them presentable
- Taking up references
- Keeping personnel records up to date
- Collating timesheets from temporary staff
- Ordering new stationery and things for the office
- Arranging for P45’s to be sent out and P60’s every year.
- Dealing with holiday and sickness for the temporary members of staff
- Helping with interviewing.
QUALIFICATIONS
University, College, School – For all include titles/subjects and qualifications.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
