Application for the role of Programmer
I would like to apply for the role of Programmer which I have seen advertised in (which publication and when).
My career in IT began (when) and since this time I have been working in a variety of different IT roles from support to database queries and over the past two years I have got into programming in a big way and I now know that this is the career path that I wish to take.
I currently use my programming skills to help build a new system for a large warehouse to ensure that the goods are recorded in and out quickly and accurately. My background is of a retail and manufacturing type and I do have a lot of knowledge in this area.
Please find enclosed my latest CV which details the experiences and qualifications that I have. If you would like to discuss this with me further please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.
