Dear Sir/Madam,
Application for the role of Occupational Therapist
I would like to apply for the role of Occupational Therapist that I have seen advertised in (where) and (when). Please find attached my up to date CV which details the skills and experiences I have gained.
I graduated as an Occupational Therapist in (when) and I am now seeking a role in a career that I have been passionate about since childhood. I have always wanted to help people at potentially difficult periods in their life and feel privileged that I am able to make a difference.
I feel that I am very good with people of all ages and personalities and feel that I can provide the motivation that they need to recover from their problems. I am a very determined person and like to ensure that I have done everything I can to help a person overcome their difficulties.
I am a very organised person who communicates well with others. I am happy working on my own initiative for example at a client’s house or as part of a hospital setting or learning centre. I have no restrictions to my working pattern and understand that not all of my work can be done during the day hours.
I have enclosed my CV with my letter and application form. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV and I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
