I am a technical It professional with a keen interest in programming and developing. I enjoy being able to take a concept and make it come alive through work that I have done, programming a system from conception to delivery.

I enjoy working to new challenges and understand that as part of my role, I often have to work to tight deadlines so some long hours are required as and when. I enjoy working on my own initiative but also enjoy working with other colleagues to ensure that a project comes together during the correct timeframe and that any changes have been made as needed when the program has been tested.

In my role as Network Manager I visit clients and ensure their networking works as per their requirements. My responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that any network problems are dealt with in the accepted time frame
  • Visiting clients to discuss new requirements and improvements
  • Managing my team of Network Engineers
  • Ensuring that we as a team provide after care support to our clients
  • Learning about new networking solutions and trialing these to be able to offer these to our clients.
