Dear Sir/Madam,
Application for the role of Medical Writer
I would like to apply for the role of Medical Writer which I have seen advertised in (which publication, when, online etc). Please find enclosed my up to date CV which you will see details my skills and experiences which I hope you feel is relevant to this role.
I have always had a keen interest in writing and after leaving college I decided to pursue my dream of being a writer. I have written on many subjects in my career but came into the medical and pharmaceutical world 3 years ago and since then I have been writing papers on medical information, summaries, reports etc and this is the path I would like to continue on.
I pay great attention to detail in my work and I am very organised and thorough. I enjoy writing and being able to concentrate on the subject I am writing about. I can work to tight deadlines and this does not compromise my work.
My CV as you will see details my skills and experiences to date. I have also included some links into documents that I have written and where these documents were published, released etc.
Should you have any further questions about my experiences, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.
Yours sincerely
