Are you a LGV Driver looking for a new role or have some previous driving experience and recently got your LGV licence so now want a new role as an LGV Driver then it is best to ensure that your CV states your experience and skills clearly so that a potential employer can see what you have done. As the focus is on driving, it would be useful to state where you are used to driving to even if it is not long distance, it highlights your skills and demonstrates what you are able to do and what you may need to learn eg new areas/locations etc.
You may also want to think about what you will be delivering and what you will need to do in terms of ensuring the delivery arrives and leaves your LGV and the same when you need to pick up a delivery etc.
