If you are looking to be an IT Consultant ensure that you have researched what the job is all about and that travelling and doing different projects is a big part of it.
You will also need to have some relevant qualification in an area of IT that you are an expert in as you will spend time on client sites and working on many projects.
You will need to be a confident communicator and be able to present your facts and findings to Directors and Managers.
