Cover Letter for IT Change Manager

Mrs. A. Manager
Application for an IT Change Manager
I have recently seen your advert for an IT Change Manager and I would like to apply for this role. Please find enclosed my up to date CV.
I am an experienced IT professional having done (can you put anything qualification related in here such as relevant degree, courses etc) and to date, I have had a very general and varied IT role including managing a team and developments within that team and company and as a result of my experiences, I feel that I would be good in the role of an IT Change Manager.
I have a very technical mind and like to understand the ins and outs of all computer systems and processes. Because I understand these technicalities I can explain them well to people who are not as technically minded and feel that this is important especially in a Change Management role whereby you need to ensure your Management and directors understand the reason for the changes.
I have enclosed my CV which details my experiences and skill set and I am available for an interview at short notice.
Thank you for taking the time to read my CV and letter and I look forward to hearing from you.
