Dear Sir/Madam,
Application for the role of Insurance Claims Manager
I would like to apply for the role of Insurance Claims Manager that you have advertised (where and when).
I have been working as a Claims Handler for many years (how many) and have also had some responsibility in supervising a team and ensuring that I provide help and support to that team. I now feel that I am ready to progress to be an Insurance Claims Manager and understand the role that I am looking to take on.
I have had experience through my career of liaising with other insurance companies and dealing with the process of a claim from start to finish and talking to the customers/clients and ensuring that they are kept up to date at all times. I work to strict financial regulations and procedures and always like to ensure that I keep up to date with the latest policies and procedures to ensure that I am providing the best service I possibly can.
As part of this role, I understand that I will also be responsible for supporting my team and ensuring that they provide an excellent service to the customers/clients and also allow them to develop as a team with their skills.
I have excellent communication skills and am a very organised worker. I have enclosed my CV for your consideration. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV, I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
