I began my career in HR but steadily throughout my experiences I have been getting more and more involved in projects and enjoy this aspect of my role.
I am a very organised person and like to take a new project or initiative and work with it from conception to delivery. I pay great attention to detail in my work and I believe this is the key to ensuring that a project runs smoothly and comes out with the result that you want for a business.
I enjoy working in HR and feel that I work well with people which is a large part of my role. I have an excellent understanding of the HR principles and enjoy working in HR as a whole.
