Graphic Design includes a couple of different areas including film, animation work, typography and lettering, drawing, printing work, exhibition work, illustration etc.
Graphic design requires an understanding of colour, lettering and patterns. Many designers are working with Computers and software like Photoshop, Dreamware etc.
You don’t have to have any qualifications to become a Graphic Designer and you can still find a job without any entry-level as long as you have a decent portfolio to impress potential clients. If you want to be a graphic designer then you can always join a course there are many to choose from.
You can either work as a freelancer or choose to work with a company. You must be creative and imaginative and do something very different and haven’t done before.
Earnings in this field are completely depending on your experience and portfolio. When you say Graphic Design your portfolio is your CV.
