Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for a GP Practice Manager

I would like to apply for the role of GP Practice Manager which I have seen advertised in (where, when) and have enclosed my up to date CV.

I am a very thorough and organised business manager who has been involved in helping managers and directors to run their businesses by providing support and dealing with all the office, recruitment and business decisions on a day to day basis.

As part of my roles, I have been involved in some high profile meetings and feel that I have a confident nature and am able to explain terms and information clearly. I am a very motivated individual who likes to ensure the smooth running of any business and view this as a challenge.

I have excellent computer skills and have also provided training to colleagues on new systems and procedures and feel that I am an approachable manager who has always adopted a door open policy.

As well as my excellent management skills, I am a very practical person who likes to make sure that everything within a business runs effectively and this makes me a very hands-on manager. Having researched a GP surgery I understand the differences in roles and the learning curve I can expect on medical products, prescriptions etc and I am happy to learn this prior to starting a role in this environment.
