If you have spent time doing an application form and you are desperate to hear from that company then it is very frustrating. It is also worth noting that some companies despite all the effort you have gone to in submitting your application form, you may not hear back from them as to any feedback.
One way to follow up your application form is to send them a follow up letter in which you can reiterate your skills and experiences in line with their job description but also ask them for any feedback and express your interest in the role again.
Please find the below example letter which you can use as a guide when trying to do yours. Use this letter example if you want to follow up your job application. You should amend it first before using it for yourself.
