Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Florist

I would like to apply for the role of Florist which I have seen advertised in (where) and (when).

I have always had a keen interest in flowers and enjoy buying different flowers for my own home. I am now in a position where I would like to find a role such as the one that you have got advertised and put the knowledge that I have already gained to good use.

I have a background in working in a variety of stores and feel that I have excellent customer service skills and like to work in a small shop environment and get to know my regular customers and be as helpful and attentive as I can be for them.

I am keen to learn as much as I can to be of help in a new role. I am dedicated, self motivated and enthusiastic. I feel that I am an easy person to get along with and enjoy working hard and getting to know a business thoroughly.

I have enclosed my CV which shows the skills and experience that I have in detail. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely
