Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Facility Engineer

I have recently seen your advert in (where) and (when) for the role of Facility Engineer and I would like to apply. Please find enclosed my latest CV.

My background started in a customer service environment where I have been responsible for organising work for customers to be done and followed up at each stage and got feedback and provided advice.
