As Executive Assistant, you will contribute effectively to the day-to-day running of the Office life. You will be required both to support the Top Management in their everyday routine (organizing agenda, scheduling meetings, arranging travels…) and to manage the daily business routine.
Time management and organizational skills are an asset, combined with solid communication and problem solving skills. As main support for the Top Level professionals you need to be flexible and highly adaptable as well.
Previous administration experience is preferred together with excellent command of computers and main IT suites.
