Application for the role of Ecologist
I would like to apply for the role of Ecologist which you have got advertised in (which publication and when and any job reference).
I completed a degree in Biology in (what year and from which university and what grade did you get) and recently I have been working with wildlife and studying their habit and how they live. I have found this role very interesting but I am now looking to get back to working with plants as well as animals and would like to find a balance in a role if possible.
I have excellent researching skills and I am able to concentrate for long periods of time whilst remaining accurate and efficient in my work. I am able to prepare reports and presentations and present and communicate the information that I research carefully to others.
I feel that I have excellent project management skills and am able to understand data well and work in an organised manner. I have good communication skills and am always eager to learn new skills and am happy to attend any courses that would be relevant to the success of my role.
I have enclosed my CV for your consideration. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions about my skills and experiences.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Don’t forget to amend this example letter as suitable before using it for your job applications. Good luck.
