Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Customer Services Manager

I would like to apply for the role of Customer Services Manager role which you have got advertised in (which publication, when and any job reference).

I have been working in Customer Service roles since (when and discuss any specific related industries here and anything relevant to the job advert).

I feel that I have excellent communication skills and have learnt a great deal over my years in customer service. I have won awards for providing the best customer service on my team and reaching my targets and development. I have more recently been responsible for a team of 4 customer service agents, delegating work to them, ensuring they meet their call targets each day and being a hands-on supervisor showing them how everything works, dealing with new starters etc and now I feel that I am ready to do a Manager role and would be pleased to be considered for this role.

Please find enclosed my latest CV which details my past roles and experiences. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely
