Application for the role of Customer Service Supervisor
I would like to apply for the role of Customer Service Supervisor which I have seen advertised in (which publication and when).
I have been working in a customer services role for over three years now and I thoroughly enjoy working with customers. I have undergone some customer services training and also done parts of an NVQ qualification up to Level 3 and I am interested in continuing with my learning and development.
Recently I have had more opportunities to supervise new staff coming into the business and I have enjoyed teaching them what I know and leading them to be successful customer services advisers. I now feel that I am ready for a fresh challenge and would like to do this role that you are advertising.
I am a confident communicator, I am very organised and thorough in my work and I enjoy working and talking to others. I feel able to problem solve and always keep calm and patient with my customers.
Please find enclosed my CV, if you have any questions relating to my skills and experience, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV, I look forward to hearing from you.
