If you are interested in being a Customer Services Supervisor then you will have a good solid working history in Customer Services. You will have a good working knowledge of dealing with customers have a good length of work history behind you to be able to perform as a Supervisor, dealing with other colleagues and employees and supervising their performance when dealing with customers.
You could have experience dealing with customers on the telephone or face to face but you will need to be a confident communicator to do this role and to be able to supervise and lead others.
