Date to Date or To Date – Customer Service Assistant – Where?

In my role as Customer Service Assistant I provide a telephone service for customers wishing to return items, buy items or gain information etc. My responsibilities include:

  • Taking calls from customers and dealing with their requests effectively
  • Making accurate logs on my calls and noting how many calls I have taken on a daily basis to match my targets
  • Helping to reduce the call log of customers needing a response or feedback regarding their enquiry
  • Sending anything out as per my conversation with a customer
  • Issuing refunds or credits to people’s accounts
  • Helping new staff in their learning program, acting as a mentor.
