Customer Service Account Manager Cover Letter Example

If you are looking to be a Customer Service Account Manager then you will have a good mixture of excellent Customer Service skills as well as being able to manage an account and the expectations of clients and customers.

You will need to have a confident nature with excellent communication skills and be an organised person to do this role effectively.

Starting salaries for Customer Services Account Managers are usually between £15,000 and £21,000 a year. Once you are an experienced account manager then your earnings can be between £23,000 and £30,000 a year.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Customer Service Account Manager

I would like to apply for the role of Customer Service Account Manager which I have seen advertised in (where) and (when).

My background is in a Customer Service Environment having to date worked in (what types of customer service roles) and I thoroughly enjoy working and talking to customers. I am a people person who likes to build up relationships with customers and clients and this is the reason I feel I would make a good account manager.

I am a very organised and thorough individual who pays great attention to detail. I am a firm believer that you must provide good customer service in order to keep repeat business from customers and also I treat people how I like to be treated myself.

I am proficient in most computer packages including some in house databases for logging and recording information and I feel that I pick up new packages and systems quickly. I have also used a wide variety of telephone systems and headsets as I spend a great deal of my working day on the telephone.
