I would like to apply for the role of Customer Contact person which I have seen advertised in (which publication/when) and I have enclosed my up to date CV.
I have been working with customers for (how long?) on a face to face basis and also over the telephone. I am happy doing either role and enjoy developing my customer skills further. I have been on many training courses as you will see from my CV and have won a few customer related awards for providing excellent customer service.
