Application for the role of Courier
I would like to apply for the role of Courier which you have got advertised in (which publication, when and any job reference).
I have been working as a Courier for many years now but due to recent relocation I am now seeking a new role. I have been responsible for delivering signed for letters, important documents and parcels to businesses across (what area? And any other details).
I feel that I am very accurate and efficient in my work; I work to high targets and always ensure that I exceed these targets. I drive safely and never take any unnecessary risks in my travelling.
I have a professional and confidential nature and feel that I am able to communicate with others well. I am used to working on my own for long periods of time and travelling some distances and I am happy to do this and get my work completed.
I have enclosed my CV for your consideration, should you be interested in my skills and experience, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.
You should amend this letter example as suitable before sending it to the employers. Good luck.
