You will have a detailed portfolio of the projects that you have worked on and have excellent management skills. You will be able to work with a number of professionals and tradesmen, be organised and be able to lead a team. Salaries for construction managers are starting from £29,000 and goes up to £48,000 a year. Salaries are vary depending on experience. Senior managers can earn over £70,000 a year.

Application for the role of Construction Manager

I would like to apply for the role of Construction Manager that I have seen advertised in (where) and (when).

I have worked on many different building sites for private clients and commercial clients taking charge of building new warehouses, offices, houses, apartment etc. I enjoy beginning a project and seeing it through to the end and facing the challenges along the way. I like to keep up to date with new trend and new ways of working and work closely with architects and other trades people daily.

Over the years I have built up a good network of people that I like to work with and can verify their trades and work that they have done for me which speeds up the process when working to tight deadlines in the British weather.

I enjoy doing new builds either private or commercial and I also enjoy doing renovations and coming up with new ideas of how to position areas to the best of the client. The construction trade is very exciting and I thrive on the changes and challenges that this brings.
