Application for the position of Company Secretary
Please find enclosed my CV as I would like to apply for the role of Company Secretary as I have recently seen advertised in (what publication and when and any other details you already know of).
I began my career with a degree in Business Administration and have since then followed routes along the same path. I have thoroughly enjoyed the roles I have performed throughout my career and from my CV you will see these in great detail but I now want to explore and use the experiences I have gained in the role as a Company Secretary.
Throughout my career I have created and given presentations to board level, taken minutes and taken an active part in board and various high profile meetings. Because of my experiences I have good time management skills, excellent man management skills and very good negotiation skills. I have had dealings with all levels of personnel and am able to adapt as required at the time.
I pay a high level of attention to my work and the people around me, I want a company to be as successful as it possibly can be without compromising itself and feel that I can make good sound judgement and decisions as necessary.
I can provide details of my referees should you be interested in my skills and am able to attend an interview or telephone interview at short notice. I am very keen to pursue a career as a Company Secretary and I hope that you will see my experiences as valuable to your company.
Thank you for taking the time to read my application and CV and I look forward to hearing from you.
