Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Civil Servant

I would like to apply for the role of Civil Servant which you have got advertised in (which publication and when). Please find enclosed my CV which details my previous experiences.

I have had a keen interest in working as a Civil Servant for many years and my background is in the public sector working for the local council in the area of housing. I have enjoyed this role greatly and it has allowed me to see how different it is working in a council environment and what this means for the people using the services of the council and everything involved.

I am an organised person with a need for structure. I am an excellent administrator, I have good researching skills and also have some good knowledge of finances and packages.

I am available for an interview at short notice and can provide some details of references should you wish to take these up. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to answer anything you would like to know.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV and I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely

Good luck.

Good luck.
