Application for a Catering Assistant

Please find attached CV as I would like to apply for the Catering Assistant role you are recruiting for.

I have a good understanding of food and products from a family business. I have grown up around this industry and I am now keen to start a career in a different establishment doing something I am passionate about.

I am able to do several things at once and remain calm under pressure. I enjoy learning about different foods and how the kitchen and whole process works. Although I do not have any formal qualifications I have had exposure to the health and safety requirements of a business catering establishment and know all about hygiene and I am happy to do formal qualifications should this be necessary.

I am hard working and self motivated, I like to be busy and develop myself and the business as much as I can.
