Application for the role of Case Worker
Please find attached my CV as I would like to apply for the role of Case Worker that you have advertised in (where) and (when).
I have a strong background in dealing with families and difficult situations and have done some voluntary work at local children’s centres in the past which is what drove me to pursue a career as a Caseworker.
I enjoy working in these situations and am a good multi tasker who can work on a number of different projects at any one time. I have a kind and caring attitude towards the families I work with but I am also very firm and work closely with company procedures.
I am CRB checked to enhanced status and have been for many years now. I operate in safeguarding measures and I am always very careful in working with other people. I am a confident communicator who enjoys meeting different people and building good relationships with families.
I am able to make difficult decisions carefully and follow these through and follow up afterwards and ensure that all my paperwork is recorded carefully and accurately as this information may be used in a court type situation.
If you have any questions regarding my skills and experiences please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.
Good luck with writing your covering letter.
