I would like to apply for the role of Car Rental Agent which I have seen advertised in (where).
My previous background is as a Customer Service Agent and I have had a great deal of experience of dealing with customers primarily over the telephone but I have also had face to face contact. I enjoy working with customers and trying to help them deal with any queries or questions that they may have.
I have also managed a diary, taken bookings and made bookings and feel that these skills will be transferable to booking in different car hires, seeing when vehicles are available and for how long and discussing the different pricing options.
I feel that I pick up new facts quickly and although I am used to working as part of a larger team, I am very able to work on my own initiative and happy with either situation. I work very methodically and am very organised and I would like to work in the kind of environment of your company.
